Ricky J. Allen

Ricky J. Allen at an early age gave his life to Christ Jesus at Poplar Springs Christian Church in Raleigh, NC. There he served on the Usher Board, was Chairman of the Springs of the Youth Choir, was ordained as a Deacon and later became assistant to the Chairman of the Deacon Board. 
 
In 1997, Ricky preached his Initial Sermon at his home church Poplar Springs Christian Church. He enters the Shaw University CAPE program in 1999 Christian Ministry. In 2000 he attended Apex School of Theology and in 2001 he entered Shaw University where he received an Associate of Arts Degree in Religious Studies in 2004. Pastor Ricky Allen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Philosophy in 2006.
 
Pastor Allen has served at New Bethel Community Christian Church for 25 years. We here at New Bethel believe that God is the head of the Church and Jesus Christ is the Son of the true and living God. We believe that the Holy Bible is the words of God and we live to serve Him and only Him.

Pastor Allen is married to Vicky S. Allen and has a daughter Tracy Crawford and two grandkids Kennedi and Kameron.
